Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to our store location during business hours. Our team will inspect the item and process your return accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
